Background

I was born and raised in Latin America and moved to the US as a teenager to complete my education. My love for learning started when I realized how much knowledge can empower us.

I have worked with students of all levels, faculty members, administrators, officials, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to design, develop, and implement face-to-face and online courses.

I follow adult learning theories and instructional design models to develop

e-learning courses and materials.

Currently

As an Elearning Consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank in Washington, DC, I work collaboratively with project teams to design, develop, implement, and evaluate multilingual e-learning solutions impacting over 5,000 Bank employees in 26 countries of Latin America and the Caribbean.

I received a Master of Arts in Education and Human Development in  Educational Technology Leadership from the George Washington University, July of 2018.

I completed the Articulate 360 + Storyline 360 Expert training, December of 2018.
